It's been a long while since we've posted here as we've been hunkered down during this pandemic with our new future player #3. He's very much into books right now, but we'll get him into board games soon enough :)
As some of you may have remembered, we submitted Trinity into the Mensa Mind Games competition a couple years ago to compete in 2020. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, it was cancelled and we were looking forward to it this past spring in 2021. Unfortunately, it was cancelled again, however the good folks at Mensa were able to move the competition into a special Mensa Select competition as part of American Mensa's World Gathering this week!
At this competition, some of the world's brightest minds will play a wide array of board games, score them, and provide feedback to determine the best games of the competition. The winners will get the coveted Mensa Select seal that you may have seen on games such as Planet, Azul, and even Apples to Apples!
For those of you lucky to attend the World Gathering in Houston, feel free to stop by the Mensa Store in Room 333 and try a few rounds of Trinity!
